Since the dawn of time, man has questioned life. Why are we here? Who are we? And ultimately, what created us? These are but a few of the questions this answer has explanations for.
As a child, I was raised into a Hindu family. No one is born with any belief of their own. Beliefs, are fed to people as they grow older with time. Ideas are nurtured into peoples moinds. In an ideal world, everyone would be the same, but because of different ethnicities, different cultures, and different religions, none of this is possible. People are born nothing; they are raised something. As I was growing up I was raised Hindu. But, like all things in life, you must not let others make your decisions for you, you must take the bull by the horns and make your own decisions. Life is what YOU make it.
You must make your own decisions in life, you control your own destiny, you are your own worst enemy, you are your own best friend. What you are is the result of your efforts, and what no one else has made you to be.
You make choices everyday. Some of them small; some of them large; some, well just not important enough to really care about. But your choices are affected by your environment and how you were raised, unless you have a strong willpower and are able to make your own decisions early in life.
Some philosophers of old condemn humans, some, praise them. Confucius, a philosopher of great renown from ancient China, said: “People are generally born good” Others will say “People are generally born towards mischief.” The argument between the two could be as follows: How could a baby be born evil, how could a sweet innocent child be born evil? How can an innocent child, a new born baby be born perfectly good, and not mischievous. As we all know, some babies can be very mischievous, some also can be perfect little angels. If that is true, how can they be born good or evil. The view that I believe to be true is that all human beings are born into a state of neutrality, they gain positive emotions, or negative emotions as they mature. Their environment can greatly change their state of mind.
Why we are living:-
We take one birth, die only once, love only once (True and Unconditional Love) and live only one life. Am I living for travel, moments, memories, picnics, parties, clubs, and dances and just to enjoy my life or there is some other purpose as well. “To me, there is only one form of human depravity – the man without a purpose.” Those are rather harsh words by Ayn Ran However, I can understand her point. After all, a life without purpose is a life wasted.
The purpose of life, then, is to lead a life of purpose and its meaning is to give life meaning. But what is meant by purpose and meaning? They simply mean the “big picture,” vision, chief aim, or core values that all other goals are subordinate to. For example, our PURPOSE might be to make everyone we meet happier. Either of these purposes would be noble and achievable. How can we make others happier? Wouldn’t you agree that one way would be to treat others with kindness, generosity, honesty, and respect. Our goal should be not merely to be good, but to be good for something; to have value that we offer to the world. Our PURPOSE is the path we follow; it’s a broad paintbrush that colors all areas of our life. When all personal goals (career, family, etc.) are aligned with our PURPOSE, we will be authentic beings with integrity.
Those who lead empty lives sometimes turn to bigotry and hatred for solace. So we need to be careful to choose a PURPOSE that will help us to grow, help our potential unfold, and help us transcend our present limitations.
Conclusive Remarks.
Identify your self. Identify a purpose for your life. If your happiness can bring happiness to others, it is good. If your prosperity can bring prosperity to others, it is excellent, but it should not be vice-versa. There is no charity. There is no free lunch. Most of us are living for our today, “Enjoy your today, tomorrow we will think about future”. Even animals can do that, then how are you different.
Regards.

I think the reason of existing lies deep within ourselves.
Everyone has a reason, a meaning in life.
It may take a while until you figure it out, but if you live, you exist.
Have a nice day!

Very well done. I think sometimes religion and tradition can be positive influences on a person; the core values of kindness, decency, personal spirituality, respect, and thoughtfulness can be found in most belief systems. A good family will try to guide a person to these habits in the way they know best. They succeed if the person has them, even if he or she has let go of a few traditions. A wonderful article!
